Looking for a roommate in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. You’d have your own bedroom (obviously hahaha), own bathroom, and own living room space. Shared kitchen and laundry. Just off the Henday, close to a Walmart, Sobeys, multiple gyms.

Option to rent room fully furnished for $900/month.

There is a 5 year old mini Aussie who lives in the home. He’s a happy boy, but doesn’t do well with children.

I don’t have proper images of the house yet because Kalen (other roommate, male) purchased it and gets possession June 1st.

We’re both in our early/mid 30’s, and work full time Monday-Friday. We’re both quiet and keep to ourselves for the most part. We sometimes have board game nights with friends, but not super often.
