My current roommate is relocating for school outside of province, leaving a private bedroom with private balcony available in this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at Legato in the heart of the downtown.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with mattress topper, nightstands, and a closet. The living area includes a sofa, coffee table, dining table seating four, TV with Apple TV, and an office desk and chair.
We have washer and dryer in the apartment.
The suite is flooded with natural light. Your room will also have a cute private balcony that you can enjoy during summer.
The open-concept kitchen features a large island with bar seating, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The private wraparound balcony is outfitted with a wood patio table and chairs, perched well above the streets below — ideal for morning coffee or evening city views.

I’m a full-time clinical dietitian working in healthcare, recently relocated to Victoria for work. I’m looking for a long-term, stable living situation with a like-minded roommate. I don’t drink, smoke, or party. My work hours are 6 AM to 5 PM, so I’m home very little during the day. In my free time I enjoy cooking and trying new foods, hiking, traveling, and working toward my private pilot’s license ( my fav hobby).
