The bedroom comes unfurnished, however the rest of the house is fully furnished. The location is a walking distance, 5 minutes, to Blair Station, only about a total 20 to 25 minute commute to uOttawa. Additionally, both driveway parking and one garage parking spot are also available. The home features a shared kitchen, living room, garage, shed, and bathrooms, all well-maintained and designed for comfortable day to day living. The house is consistently kept very clean. Weekly services also included such as snow removal and lawn maintenance, included in rent.

The house is shared with 4 other bedrooms. One bedroom is also available for rent at the moment! Upstairs, the two bedrooms are occupied by females. Both her and myself recently graduated, but will be returning for graduate studies. The basement currently has two male tenants, also continuing school. All housemates are ~ 22 years old. The environment is very social but also extremely respectful. There are porches outside where we love to sit and hang out at the end of the day!
