The apartment is the top unit, and there is generally no noise from neighbours. It is on a main road, so street noise can sometimes be a lot. The private bedroom is relatively small, approximately ’12×’9. I would not recommend anything larger than a double bed. There is, however, a large closet in the room. Also, a large south facing window. The building has central air conditioning and heating, but no laundry. There is a laundromat a 5 minute walk down the road though! The unit has a large two door fridge, large front deck, second floor with a large living room\dining room, and updated bathroom with large tub. There is also a shed in the shared yard that this unit gets sole access to, so if you have tools, a bike, etc, there will be a storage space for them.

I have 2, small, timid cats that would likely not do well with other animals; except maybe a small dog. Any other pets need to be content with being confined to your room.

I am a private person, I enjoy listening to music out loud occasionally but will be considerate of time of day and your work schedule. I don’t want random people coming in and out, if you have friends or a partner you trust, that is acceptable. I have a partner who will be around on occasion, and I will spend time away from the apartment with him as well. I am a flexible, reasonable person, and will be generally agreeable to things that aren’t an inconvenience to me.
