About the room
Hey everyone! We are looking for a new roommate to fill our BASEMENT room in our 3-bedroom townhouse in Erindale, Mississauga, starting July 1st :) Girls gays and theys preferred. Couples welcome. About the place: $ Rent:800/month w utilities Features: In unit laundry, backyard, sunny living room, 2 cute cats (dont engage if you’re allergic). • Location: 15-min walk to UTM, 1 short bus away from Clarkson, beautiful nature trails. Room is on a seperate floor from the other rooms so it’s very private. Theres another room next to it the previous tennants used as a living room. That is an option for you too! Parking is available but it costs extra. About you: Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easy going. Hopefully that’s you. Couples are welcome. The tenants before this were a couple! About the roomies
There are 3 of us! Lauralee (me): 22. They/Them. 4th year Theatre and Drama studies major at UTM. Loves art, baking, crafting, animals, and concerts! Super clean and friendly!
Penny: 22. She/Her. She is interested in photography, video games, all things vintage, and all technology. She loves to yap!
Ronan: 22. She/They. Third year philosophy/math major at UTM. Super quiet and clean. Loves skateboarding, music, philosophy, reading.
Cats: we have 2 special boys named Morty and Julian! They are angels :) very friendly and don’t scratch!
