House is situated in the heart of kits located on yew st. You will be sharing with 2 others ( 1 Irish 25yr male, carpenter and 1 English 30yr female, UBC researcher) both working professionals Monday to Friday. House is located only a few minutes walk to the 99 and 16 bus stops and close to loblaws and IGA.
