Single detached house in a quiet neighborhood nearby the Petawawa River rapids and trails. Perfect for someone needing a short term accommodation. 5 minutes to base. 18 minutes to Plant Road in Chalk River.
Rental area is a spacious fully furnished basement, including a large bedroom with full office desk, a private TV room, private bathroom, and your own dining/workout area. A treadmill currently is stored behind the office desk
Basment is equipped with a brand new full size fridge, personal microwave, hot plate, internet, and utilities. +1 outdoor parking spot.
I prefer someone who is social yet will mostly keep to themselves and their area.
Shared: driveway, washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, outdoor firepit & backyard.
Occasionally I have family visit or do dog sitting. No smoking, no drugs, no substance abuse, no pets.
Credit Check required for anyone staying more than one month. Rental receipts available.
About the roomies
Female early 40s, medically retired from CNL, home fulltime. I appreciate a quiet and peaceful home.
Can go to $1200 if you are able to mow the yard every 2 to 3 weeks.
Available end of May - will need a few days notice to tidy up.
