About the room

Hello! I’m looking for a housemate for my main floor apartment in a charming old house!

📍Midtown Toronto right around the corner from Casa Loma, 10 minute walk from DuPont and St Clair West stations. Less than 10 minute walk from George Brown, about 25 minutes ttc from UofT.

💰 900/month + utilities (water is included)

🛏️ the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms total, as well as a furnished living room, kitchen, and out of unit washer dryer. We also have A/C and heating!

⏰ The lease term is starting November 1st, end is negotiable, longer term preferred!

About the roomies

Myself and my other roommate are both women in our 20s studying at UofT. We’re both very artistic people and can often be found painting together in the living room. She loves to clean and I love to cook!

There are others upstairs and in the basement but the house is divided so they’re in completely separate units.
