Hello! I’m looking for a housemate for my main floor apartment in a charming old house!
📍Midtown Toronto right around the corner from Casa Loma, 10 minute walk from DuPont and St Clair West stations. Less than 10 minute walk from George Brown, about 25 minutes ttc from UofT.
💰 1277/month + utilities (water is included)
🛏️ the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms total, as well as a furnished living room, kitchen, and out of unit washer dryer. We also have A/C and heating!
⏰ The lease term is starting June 1st, end is negotiable!
About the roomies
Myself and my other roommate are both women in our early 20s, she goes to George Brown for Business and I go to UofT for Statistics! We are both quiet, chill and communicative people. There are others upstairs and in the basement but the house is divided so they’re in completely separate units.
