You will be sharing the apartment with Ryuichi, a PhD student, originally from Japan.

📍 Location • Apartment on the third floor of a triplex • 10-minute walk to Laurier metro (Orange Line) • Located in the safe and quiet Mile End neighborhood • Close to cafés, restaurants, parks, and local shops 🌿

🚭 No smoking 🐾 No pets

You will be sharing the apartment with Ryuichi, a PhD student, originally from Japan. I am normally quiet and charging my social energy at home, but I enjoy occasionally deep conversations! I am looking for someone clean, organised, responsible, mature, and easygoing. I like simple design but if you are artistic, you may be invited to be in charge of the decoration!
