It is a very comfy relaxing place, 20 minutes to downtown (bus stop right outside), walking distance to Canada line and 99 bus to UBC. Many grocery stores nearby including Safeway.

*We will be sharing kitchen and living room *Is furnished with a full bed and desk and chair! *Feel free to use instruments around the apartment.

The place is very comfortable you will have your own privacy, I work full time M-F in a hybrid role, am on a football team and go gym too.
