We have a streetcar stop in front of our home with plenty of shops, grocery stores, parks and markets surrounding us . There is street parking available as well if needed . We are looking for a young professional with a full time job . We are a non toxic apartment with natural cleaning products purchased from health food stores in the neighbourhood. I supply all the cleaning supplies including laundry detergent so you won’t have to buy any. It’s also a microwave free home . Peace & kind communication is important to us . Utilities are included in the price $1399 (Gas, Hydro, Water, Internet, Laundry/Dryer, Garbage Removal & Snow Removal. Please also provide rent on the first of each month by Email money transfer . First and last month required upfront . Must give 30 days notice on the first of the month if wanting to move out . Looking forward to meeting our new roomie : )
