• is a 10-minute walk to Concordia’s downtown campus (5 minute sprint, ask me how I know)
• is a block from Atwater Metro and Alexis-Nihon Mall
• is fully furnished
• has a great kitchen with two fridges, a stove/oven, tons of counter space and many cabinets
• has fairly big bedrooms, which appear a bit smaller in the pictures due to the double-sized beds

All bills are included except WiFi, which is $20 per person.

We’re two Concordia students, both guys. I (writing the post) am Max, majoring in Computer Science, also interested in TTRPGs, Linguistics, Philosophy, and many other subjects besides.
