About the room
Apartment is located in Lower Town/ Byward Market. Close to two grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, and right next to a bus stop. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the University of Ottawa campus.
Room is unfurnished but apartment is furnished. Has an in-unit washer, no dryer (but I have a drying rack that can be shared). Private room is 8.5 x 10.5 feet.
Bills (wifi, heat and hydro) are around $100 a month.
No smoking or vaping in the apartment but there is a very spacious balcony.
About the roomies
I am looking for a roommate that is clean and sociable. I am in my last year of university and work often. I like to have friends over but respect shared spaces and quiet time. I have a hamster that stays in my room.
