About the room
My apartment is in a quiet area of the city. I have a spare bedroom for rent partially furnished. Bed and small tv. I am a very quiet person I don’t have a lot of friends coming and going maybe just for an occasional coffee. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but you are more than welcome to use the patio. I am located on the main floor so it’s convenient access for those with disabilities. I like to keep things tidy although not overly obsessive with that as long as we clean up after ourselves I am good. there is a dish washer and washer and dryer in the apartment. I think my lifestyle would be suited best to a quiet mature person, professional working person/oil field worker or a quite college student. No parties excessive drinking or drugs of any kind. Would prefer female but the right male roommate would be considered so message me if interested.
