My apartment is in a quiet area of the city. I have a spare bedroom to rent out it currently has just a bed in the room and a small tv…if you prefer it can be removed to make room for your own stuff. I am 58 and work 3-4 days a week so you would have the space to yourself a lot of the day. I like a glass of wine occasionally and am a very quiet person I don’t have a lot of friends coming and going maybe just for an occasional coffee. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but you are more than welcome to use the patio. I am located on the main floor so it’s convenient access for those with disabilities. I like to keep things tidy although not overly obsessive with that as long as we clean up after ourselves I am good. there is a dish washer and washer and dryer in the apartment. I think my lifestyle would be suited best to a quiet mature person, professional working woman or a quite college student as I am not a party person so would prefer the same type of person.
