•Spacious, high ceilings

•You will share the bathroom with 1-2 other girls

•Will be a sublet under current tenant

•Sublease will be from September 1 to April 30, 2027. Possibility of release renewal when the time comes.

• 6 parking spots in driveway+ street parking

• laundry in house.

• Kitchen is equipped with all essentials (pots, utensils, plates, air fryers etc..)

• Communal spaces are furnished.

• Access to spacious front and back porch/ backyard.

• Storage for bikes in the garage

*Utilities vary each month between $60 to $100 *Must get tenants insurance. *$1300 deposit required (first and last months rent)

**One of the roommates has a 2 year old cat. We cannot accept any more/other animals.
