•You will share the bathroom with 2 other girls

•Will be a sublet under current tenant

•Sublease will be from June 1 to April 30, 2027, & you can choose to resign the lease at the end of the year if you want to stay.

• Kitchen is equipped with all essentials (pots, utensils, plates, air fryers etc..)

• Communal spaces are furnished.

• Access to spacious front and back porch/ backyard.

Utilities vary each month between $60 to $100 Must get tenants insurance. Bedroom is unfurnished.

*There will be a cat in September.

*There is currently a male roommate who will be moving out at the end of August.
