Spacious Cozy Private Room Available in 4.5 apartment. Shared only with one roommate. Heating, Wifi, hot water, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and fridge included in the rent. The room comes with a wardrobe with storage space. The room is unfurnished, but I can arrange the bed and desk if needed.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located walking distance from Monkland Street and Queen Mary Rd with a variety of restaurants and cafes. Close to metro station Villa-Maria (6 min walk, Orange line - Connects the city center in 15 mins) and Snowdon (12min walk), multiple bus line; close to IGA, Jean Coutu, direct bus to downtown. Proximity to UdeM, Polytechnic, Concordia.

I am looking for someone calm, clean, friendly, respectful and easy to live with. Preferably a female roommate.

Move in date: July 1st Rent: $830
