📍Located in Little Italy, super close to Bayview Station with quick access to the 14 and 8 bus routes, making getting around really easy. You’re also within walking distance of pretty much everything… local restaurants, cafés, and smaller grocery spots are all nearby.

All utilities are included in the base rent (including internet), so there aren’t surprise add-ons later. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a balcony, and private building access through the 1VALET app. There’s also a bike rack right out front if you cycle around the city. I will be collecting 1st and last prior to move in!

Financially independent student heading into my 4th year of Criminology while also working a lot, so I’m looking for a long-term roommate who values having a peaceful home vibe.

I love cooking, so if you’re someone who doesn’t mind doing dishes, we might already be a perfect team. Bonus points if you have a cat and take great care of them because I absolutely love cats 🫶

I’m an insomniac with some chronic health stuff, so nighttime peace is pretty important to me. I go out here and there, but I really appreciate people who are mindful and quieter later at night.

You’ll have your own room and bathroom, so do your thing ! I just appreciate keeping shared spaces clean and respectful. Also if you’ve got a couch, TV stand, or random living room pieces, bring them along and let’s build our little space together.

Big on communication too. We definitely don’t need to be best friends, but I like being on the same page and having a rough idea of schedules/when people are coming and going. Not in a strict or parental way, I just really value consistency and communication in a home.
