Dad with daughter need a roomie. Large 4 bedroom and townhouse. Views to the west and north. At Mahon and Jones in North Vancouver. The room has a full private ensuite bathroom and comes fully furnished with a new bed, sheets, and everything needed to settle in comfortably. Balcony with hammock and a view. Two Maine Coon cats to cuddle with. Hopefully no cat allergies! Utilities, internet and IPTV are included. You would also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, shared living spaces, and bathroom essentials. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transit and walkable amenities nearby. Room is rented until September 1.
I am 46 year old professional that works hybrid. I have a space up in the 3rd floor loft which I use as bedroom and workspace. My 10 year old daughter is here 50 percent of the time. The house hold is very homey and peaceful. Two Maine Coon cats. There will also likely be another roommate in the smaller room.
