We have a furnished room in a large 3br apartment available June 1st - bed and mattress, as well as a large shelving unit and closet with coat hangers! The apartment building is next to a forest and creek, with direct access to kilometres of trails (and immediate road access into Diamondhead/Garibaldi Park). We have a large balcony with a fire pit overlooking the forest and creek, and the apartment itself is spacious, with large windows. The kitchen is well supplied with every kind of cookware you can think of, and we have storage within the apartment for outdoor gear! Laundry and dryer are in-suite as well. This is a great location if you want to feel like you live in the woods, without being totally disconnected from transit/close amenities.

We’re one couple (Sarah and Sacha) and one individual (Florian), all in our late 20s-early 30s, all having lived here together for quite a while. The previous housemate in the available room had to move for work, so we’re looking for someone who shares our household vibe - relaxed and quiet, not a party house. Someone who enjoys occasionally hanging out, having a little dinner party or games night, but also enjoys their own space and independence. We’re pretty outdoorsy, so if you enjoy hiking, climbing or other outdoor activities, you’ll find companions here!
