The Rental is a Bedroom, kitchen and shared bathroom inclusive. Located very close to many amenities. Le Cite College very close, University of Ottawa a few minute bus ride. Quiet 6plex building older tenants in building. Quiet building. My requirements: As a student a co-signer may be requested and a credit check mandatory. { if rent is not payed on the 1st of each month termination will be immediately}

The rental space consists of 1 bedroom with use of Kitchen and bathroom privileges inclusive. At 291 C Brittany Dr. Ottawa Ont k1K-0R8

Rules for the Renter [a must for all}

• No guests in the apartment or room
• No smoking
• Dishes/food are to remain in kitchen area.
• No food or dishes in the room.
• All area’s used by the student are to remain clean. Clean up as you go. (Kitchen/Bathroom/room)
• No dishes or food prep to be left in kitchen be to clean up later.
• Counters and appliances are to be kept clean and clear of any clutter. You will have your own space for your food.
• No food is to be thrown in the garbage but put in freezer as I will show you.
• No candles or extra heating devices are to be used in your room.
• No removal of any items in your room example: wall deco’s mirrors/bed.. etc without asking me first
• No painting or hanging up items in room.
• No removal of furniture.
• If you’d like to add something to your room ask.(I’m pretty easy with that)
• Bathroom is to be kept clean after use. Removal of hair from tub sink and floor. Water around edge of sink.
• You must provide all your own items for the bathroom. (Shampoos, conditioner’s, hand soap.} Toilet paper is provided
• I will supply all linens and towels.
• No pets
• All students belongings to be kept in their room. {extra shoes/coats etc.}
• You will need to purchase a laundry card and put money on it for your laundry. Laundry hrs are before 7pm.
• Quiet hours 9pm through 10am

{THESE ARE ALL A MUST IN ORDER TO RENT THE SPACE}

*****If during the summer you require a fan it would be your responsibility. (If you have air-conditioning there will be an extra $40.00 a month for the extra electricity. When air is on in the main apt all windows are to remain shut during this time.} *****if parking needed it is $100.00 extra

About my self: I’m looking for someone quiet, independent, able to maintain the space shared. I’m very tidy and enjoy my space. I’m retired and enjoy my space in my home. So the room rental as says its only the bedroom, kitchen use and shared bathroom. There is an island in the kitchen for eating at or doing school work. The rest of apartment is not shared.
