The apartment is the third floor of a building. It is a 25 minute walk away from UOttawa and a 15 minute walk from the Byward market. There are bus stops nearby going to the school, mall, downtown, etc. We are right beside a large dog park with walking trails along the Ottawa River. There is no smoking of anything on the premises (could just head over to the park if you wanted) and no large parties allowed. There are people living beneath us that like it fairly quiet. There is a large storage closet in the apartment. The apartment is pretty much unfurnished; the majority of the stuff in it now will be leaving with my current roommates. There is coin operated laundry, $1 per wash $1 per dry. LOOKING FOR 2 ROOMMATES. (Separate rooms)
I am a 22 year old who is starting medschool at the University of Ottawa. I have a 4 year old cat named Simon, he is friendly and gets along with other cats with a proper introduction. I like to study but also maintain a good work-life balance. In my spare time I like to play video games and going out on walks.
