The unit is one of eight in a stylish, recently built home (2021).

👨‍💼HOUSEMATE: The apartment is shared with my current housemate, a young professional in his early 30’s (non-smoker). He’s quiet, respectful, friendly, and very clean! 🧼✨. Having lived with him, I can honestly say he’s a rare find when it comes to housemates! He is from Japan and is a fabulous cook, who loves preparing meals for friends.

📍 Location: The apartment is ideally situated on Lisgar St., between Bay St. and Percy St., in a central and vibrant neighborhood. For the privacy and respect of current residents, I have not listed the exact address publicly, but I’m happy to share it with those I connect with to arrange a viewing.

💰 RENT: $1,250/month Includes:

• Move-in: June 1, 2026
• Summer only is possible!
• Ideal stay would be through February 1, 2027
• Open to longer term for the right fit

• Extra paid parking available: I am also looking to sublet my current parking spot (~10-minute walk) for $230/month
