I’m a freshly graduated engineer who just started working full-time, so I’m rarely home — you’ll essentially have the place mostly to yourself during the day. Currently I live in the apartment with my sister, who will be leaving on June 19th — so the room will be available from that date. I’m easygoing and low-maintenance as a roommate, and I expect the same in return. The one thing I take seriously is cleanliness and tidiness: shared spaces should always be kept clean and organized. That’s genuinely my only hard requirement — beyond that, I don’t care much about lifestyle, schedule, or background. Please note that this is a short-term arrangement until mid-November, after which I’ll be moving out. If you’re respectful of the space and can keep things clean, we’ll get along just fine.
