A comfortable, approx. 3×5–6m room with hardwood-style floors, adjustable radiator heating, and window AC compatibility. It’s one of the best rooms in the unit — shaded and centrally located, which keeps it cool and comfortable year-round.

We’re a 3-person household (soon to be 4!) — one roommate in a private room and two sharing the master. We share one bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. We’ve got a portable/semi-automatic washing machine in-unit, and coin laundry is about 5 minutes away.

We’re a social, lively household and we want to be upfront about that. One of our roommates is a DJ, we’re on a busy street with nightlife close by, and we’re steps from Broadview Station — so you’ll hear buses, street energy, and life. The room is not heavily soundproofed. If you need library-quiet, this probably isn’t your place. But if you’re laid-back, sociable, and actually enjoy having energy around you, you’ll feel right at home.
