About the room

A great neighborhood location. Within a 5 minute walk from grocery stores, restaurants, parks and Renfrew Skytrain station. Overall just a very lovely home with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Laundry is included with no extra charge. We also have big patio that’s perfect for summer!

Furnishing is minimal ( a twin bed, a dresser and a side table.) but you are also welcome to furnish it yourself.

About the roomies

You’d be joining myself and Katie. We’re relaxed, social people who are easy to get along with and communicate well.

We keep like to keep a clean house! I bartend so I’m often up or arriving home late though I’m very mindful of noise levels.

As I mentioned previously we’re both very social and enjoy hosting. Community is important and you should feel just as welcome to host your friends, though everyone in the house gives reasonable notice as best they can.

Overall, we’re pretty easy going. Mutual respect is all we ask and we give it turn.
