This is a quiet, child-free, pet-free, and smoke-free home. Smoking and cannabis are welcome outside.

• alternate taking out garbage and recycling
• take turns snow shovelling sidewalk

$800 monthly rental. $800 DD

Home office so quiet time is 10 pm-6 am.

I work from home. I am a health professional. This is a peaceful respectful place. I have people over a few times a year. You can too. Just let me know in advance and clean up behind yourself. e.g. I have about 10 people over in January on my bday or around Xmas. Sometimes my out of town friends or family might stay in the other spare bedroom. You could use that for negotiation also.
