About the room

The condo is located in the heart of Aylmer, near the Champlain Bridge and only 5 minutes from Ottawa, in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Bus stops are conveniently located right in front of the building. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and quiet roommate (professional or student) to share my condo. International students are welcome! The private room will be available on January 1, 2027, as my current roommate will be moving out on December 31, 2026. Rent: $750/month – All inclusive: • Private parking space included • Hydro and electricity • High-speed Internet • Shared access to two bathrooms • Shared kitchen and living room • Washer and dryer • Access to a mini gym in the condo • Groceries and food included (we will do grocery shopping together) The room will be fully furnished with: • King-size bed • Bed frame • Box spring • Mattress • Support slats (bed slats) • Coffee table • Wardrobe Viewings can begin as early as September 1, 2026. I speak both English and French and am looking for someone responsible who values cleanliness and a peaceful living environment. A one-year lease will be provided, with the possibility of renewal if needed. The condo is very clean and well maintained.
