The condo is located in the heart of Aylmer, near the Champlain Bridge and only 5 minutes from Ottawa, in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Bus stops are conveniently located right in front of the building. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and quiet roommate (professional or student) to share my condo. International students are welcome!

The private room will be available on December 31, 2026, as my current roommate will be moving out on December 31, 2026.

I speak both English and French and am looking for someone responsible who values cleanliness and a peaceful living environment. A one-year lease will be provided, with the possibility of renewal if needed. The condo is very clean and well maintained.
