Yes the place is only available for 4 months , July 1st - October 30, it will be empty for you and u will be there alone for the remainder of the lease, u can either find urself another roomie and we can transfer the lease or u can apply to get the place for 1555 . Let’s meet you if ur interested, we will split the rent while ur there. There’s a gym in the building , laundry in suite , free parking spot, wifi included , water included , just split the power so ur rent will be 777 + 20-30$ for power ,it’s usually about 60-80$ .
