1/2 acre very rural, chickens, dogs cats. Near river and crown forest. 1/2 hour to an hour to bigger centre’s. Close to hwy. 95.fenced yard. 3 brm 3 bath panabode, large garden space, decks gazebo.

Im, 50, love animals and nature, pretty laid back. Favorite holiday, Halloween 🎃, I sometimes foster recue dogs. Waiting for back surgery so I could use some help, some one “handy”. Not a requirement but would haggle on the rent for the right handy person. Im social,and also like my space at times. There is 50 something year old guy who’s fifth wheel is on my property. He uses the guest washroom, and kitchen. He’s pretty chill too
