Looking for a lease takeover!
The apartment is on Marshall St, the room comes with a lock and fully furnished with a bed, desk and desk chair and a designated shelve space/Closet and a big window (with blinds). There’s a private bathroom within the room with a shower. The kitchen is stocked with appliances (dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, microwave) and is a shared kitchen & living room with 4 other girls. Students only as it is a student rental company. All bills included except hydro (about an additional $20 a month)
I am currently looking for a lease takeover at the moment, 3 other girls reside in the unit at the moment, there are shared appliance’s and they love meeting new people.
