About the roomies
The laneway house is occupied by one tenant, a lovely 2rd-year female student at UBC who is a Filipino-Canadian. She is incredibly kind, respectful, and focused on her studies, making her a wonderful person to share a home with. She values a clean, peaceful, and quiet living environment, especially during the academic year.
As the owner, I do not live in the laneway house, but I am close by and always available to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and comfortably for both residents. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and quiet individual (ideal for another student or young professional) to take the second bedroom and enjoy this beautiful space!
