The condo is on top of TTC yorkdale station. (160 Flemington Road). Situated in the middle between downtown and york university. Ideal for people who work downtown or go to York university. 25mins to downtown.

It has a gym, a garden and a communal area.

Now the room, it has a built in closet. The room can come with furnished or unfurnished. (Up to you). The condo has an enormous balcony, the living room is reasonably large.

House Furniture: Already furnished, have basic things (couch, chair, dining table etc)

Utilities Bills inclusive: water, hydro, internet, heating. Laundry is in the unit.

House rule: Keep things clean. Communal cleaning (living room and bathroom) area duties is shared between us. One week me, one week you. But please clean up after cooking and eating. (Please don’t leave stuff on the floor) Also it says minimum stay is 6 months but can change if situation requires.

Guest rules: I actually don’t mind if couple staying over a few nights (3-4 nights in a row) but it just that there is only 1 restroom so 3 people is likely to have a jam. For friends visiting into Toronto, generally 2 weeks stay is fine, if more than 2 weeks, will have extra. I.e. 50 a month.

The deposit is just first and last month.

I’m currently on a rolling contract with the landlord. I can provide the signed contract if requested after viewing property. Please note that my current landlord will require 4 things in order to rent out the room. Credit score Recent 2 pay stubs Govt ID Current job letter

1 month notice period if decide to leave. Can accommodate September start if preferred. Please let me know prior to August 9 should you want to move in on September 1.

I work a 9-5. I like to keep things neat and tidy. Usually cleans up immediately after cooking. I can sleep through earth quake so I don’t mind someone who’s a little bit loud. Still in 20s so live the life that a 20 years old do. Overall chill and relax.
