Look after your own cooking & clean-up. Central A/C & heat. Shared washer & dryer. Separate fridge & pantry unit for your use. Nice treed, outdoor space in the back with a patio/deck to enjoy the sunny weather. Must be alright with cats (I have 3, all nice). I am also a renter in the unit.

I am the only other renter in the unit. I work during the day weekly & like my quiet when I get home from work.
