Our place is unique because it’s built across two floors, giving it a really spacious, homey feel. It’s actually one of the biggest layouts in the building! The absolute best part is the massive windows—they let in tons of natural light, which keeps the whole apartment feeling bright and cozy.Even though four of us live here, the setup is super comfortable because you’ll only share a bathroom with one other person. The room and apartment come fully furnished, and having our own washer and dryer right inside the unit is a huge lifesaver. Plus, all utilities (heating, A/C, electricity, hot water) and high-speed Wi-Fi are entirely included in the rent, so you never have to worry about split bills or extra monthly expenses.The building itself has a great on-site gym and an amazing rooftop terrace to unwind and catch views of the city. Location-wise, we are right at 1680 Avenue Lincoln. It’s incredibly convenient—you can walk to the Guy-Concordia metro station in about three minutes, and there are endless coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants just a short walk away.
