Located in the heart of Napanee, this cozy 2-bedroom apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the 401 and within walking distance of downtown’s quaint little bakeries, cafes, and shops by the river. The building itself is quiet, friendly, and well cared for, with only a small number of tenants and neighbours who genuinely look out for the property.

The apartment features a newly renovated large bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a cute, comfortable furnished living room/common area. There’s coin laundry available in the building, and one parking spot available on the property, along with ample nearby parking that doesn’t require a permit.

The available bedroom is unfurnished and on the smaller side, as both bedrooms are fairly compact and do not have closets. Because of this, the space would likely be best suited to someone looking for a temporary stay or someone who lives fairly minimally and doesn’t have a large amount of belongings.

There is an A/C unit in the common area, and an additional unit can be added to the bedroom if desired. Rent would increase to $820/month to help account for the added hydro usage.

The apartment is also home to two very affectionate indoor cats who love to cuddle, play, and supervise daily activities.

Hi! I’m Ceara, 30, and I work remotely full-time as a customer service manager, Monday–Friday, 9–5. My job is mostly email-based, so while I’m home often, it’s generally a pretty quiet work environment.

I’m looking for a respectful, considerate roommate for a short-term/month-to-month arrangement starting in June, with the possibility to extend if it’s a good fit for both of us. The apartment is fully furnished aside from the available bedroom, and includes shared use of the kitchen, living spaces, parking, etc.

I have two very friendly indoor cats — one adult cat and one kitten — so finding someone who genuinely likes animals and is mindful about doors/windows is really important to me. Their safety is non-negotiable.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m pretty quiet and low-key. I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, and unwinding with YouTube, Reddit, or terrible reality TV. I’m also 4 years sober, so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t bring a heavy party/drinking atmosphere into the home.

As a roommate, I value:

• open and direct communication
• privacy and personal boundaries
• being generally thoughtful about noise, guests, and shared living

I’m very open to setting clear expectations upfront (cleaning, guests, quiet hours, etc.) so everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Overall, I think the space would be best suited to another fairly quiet, mature, respectful person looking for a calm and stable home environment.
