Hello! We have 2 rooms available in Kits from 1st July 2026. Our lovely housemates are leaving (😢) and we are looking for 2 new lovely housemates to join us (long term).

🛏About the rooms: Room 1: Small double room (with bed and shelf unit) Room 2: Double room (with bed and some furniture for sale) Shared bathroom. Kitchen and other spaces are shared.

🏡About the house: •3-story town house with loads of space and storage. •In-house washer & dryer. •Small private balcony space and shared garden area. •Kitchen is equipped with everything, but space for a small appliance if you have anything extra. •Chromecast in lounge (for Vanderpump Rules, RHOBH, etc. ) •No smoking or vaping on the property. •Not suitable as a party house/lots of people coming and going. We all work full-time and enjoy the house as a place to decompress, chat, watch Netflix, etc.

•Buses 4, 7, 14, 84, 9 & 99 within minutes walking. •15-20 mins walk to either Jericho or Kits. •5 minute walk to Broadway shops and 15 minute walk to West 4th shops. •IGA, No Frills, Safeway & Fresh St within 10-15 mins walk. Sorry we cannot accept couples or pets.

🙋🏼‍♀️About the housemates: •Currently 2 other girls between 28-38 from England and Ireland. Well established in the house, sociable, and easygoing. •LGBTQIA+ friendly, of course. •All work full time, a mix of at home and in the office.

Rent: Room 1: $1045 Room 2: 1075 Deposit: 50% of month’s rent Internet: 20 pm Hydro: $~20 bi-monthly in Spring/Summer, up to $60 bi-monthly in Winter (per person).
