i’m looking to fill 3 rooms in a beautiful and spacious 7 1/2 in a prime location 5 minutes from Lionel-Groulx metro by July 1st. it has all the amenities you can want with a washer and dryer in unit, central ac and heating, a huge private balcony, a dishwasher and it comes fully furnished with beds, a couch and a tv.
price of the entire place is 3050 which comes out to ~700-850 each, hydro and wifi included.
the apartment is unfortunately not accessible as there is an outdoor staircase leading up to the entrance.
