The location is really convenient for students, essentially being the threshold between Downtown Halifax and the North End, while being at close proximity to both the Halifax Commons and Citadel Hill, and a minute away from the redeveloped Bus Terminal at Scotia Square, where most major Halifax Buses travel through. It can be fully furnished if you want! King size Bed and tv and bean bag In-unit laundry and dryer, quiet building lobby and there is also a gym located at the basement level of the building.
Rent is 1250 CAD$ a month wifi and electricity is not included but usually around $50 (some stuff in the room is for sale Imk if u need anything from it, (tv, tv stand, bean bag and gaming chair feel free to reach out anytime to arrange a viewing
