A bright room available in a spacious 4-bedroom townhouse. The room comes with a mattress and desk, and you are welcome to decorate or add additional furniture if you’d like.

The house has 1.5 shared bathrooms, and all utilities + WiFi are included in the rent. You’ll also have access to the full kitchen and appliances (microwave, oven, air fryer, kettle, etc.).

There is in-unit laundry, a large shared living room, a spacious kitchen, and a huge basement area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Nepean with nearby transit (1 bus straight to Algonquin that takes 10 minutes).

We are 3 young working professionals who are chill, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly and welcoming home environment. We all work quite a bit, so the house is generally calm and quiet.
