Two separate rooms available out of three rooms in the apartment. Two Storage closets and a coat closet. Dishwasher, AC unit included in the unit. Coin operated laundry on property. Located downtown Fredericton, 10 minute walk from Superstore and 15 minutes from Sobeys. Rent cap on the apartment.

I am Daniel and I am a 27 y/o male, originally from Moncton. I like to play video games, play DnD and I am a history and sci-fi buff. I also have a large board game collection! I am sociable and outgoing but I can be quiet and keep to myself as well. I appreciate honesty and respect and open communication. Im not a neat freak but tidying up after yourself is appreciated. I also have ADHD, so I can be all over the place, but I can keep myself oriented and clean up after myself. I work most weekdays, and I do theatre outside of work occasionally so I may not be around a lot except for evenings and my days off. I also have a partner, who stops by and stays with me occasionally as well. They’re quiet and friendly but sociable as well. I do have friends over for DnD occasionally as well as for playing board games, but I always communicate and let roommates know in advance (if you like to play you’re also welcome!)
