The location is especially convenient for students and professionals, and is only minutes from the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University, and Conestoga College. The building itself is newer, secure, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities like a gym, co-working/study spaces, bike storage, and visitor parking.

The unit is bright, modern, and thoughtfully kept. I really value having a peaceful, aesthetically clean, and well-designed home environment, so I’ve put a lot of care into making the space feel warm, functional, and calming. I love interior design and creating spaces that feel cozy without being cluttered, and I’m continuing to thoughtfully improve and style the space over time.

With over 500 square feet available to you, the unit has a modern kitchen, ensuite laundry, contemporary finishes, lots of natural light throughout the main living area, spacious and modern bathroom and a balcony space that’s especially nice in the warmer months for coffee, reading, decompressing after work, or getting some fresh air. Overall, it’s the kind of space that feels easy to relax in after a long day.

I work in communications and spend a lot of time balancing creative work, strategy, writing, and hybrid/remote work. I’m social and friendly, but definitely value a peaceful home environment over a party house. Cleanliness, mutual respect, communication, and consideration for shared spaces are really important to me. I like keeping the home calm, comfortable, visually clean, and welcoming.

Outside of work, I’m into long walks, hiking, Pilates/hot yoga, cooking, reading, journaling, painting, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I travel between Waterloo and the GTA fairly regularly as well.

Ideally, I’m looking for a mature student or young professional who is clean, respectful, communicative, easygoing, and looking for a comfortable home base rather than a chaotic living situation. I’d also genuinely love to live with someone who has similar interests or a similar lifestyle. It’d be nice to occasionally explore the area, go thrifting, visit local markets, go for walks, or just have a friendly and comfortable dynamic at home. That said, I also really value independence and personal space, so there’s no pressure to constantly socialize either.
