A beautiful one bedroom basement is available to rent from June 1st. Convenient to commute and close to all amenities.. One car parking available. Shared utilities (30% water, gas and electricity). No wifi included. Close to highways 401 and 407. The laundry room is separately located, convenient to both tenants. Included a a storage room as well. There is a furnace room, it has a storage place too.
One or two persons can stay, no wardrobe or closets available. Pets allowed and smoke outside the unit.
Anyone interested can book an appointment to see the place. First and last needed. Equifax report and employment letter needed for verification. Once interested to rent, then MUST provide your belongings insurance copy before moving in.
About the roomies
Not shared by anyone, other than the person who rent it. Only laundry is shared.
