I have potentially two 12 x 10 and one 12x8 rooms available. I have four rooms in my house and their three to choose from for which you’d like. They are on the main living area and vary on difference in closet sizes but provide decent storage space. Two rooms will be furnished with a dresser, night stand and with lamp, each has their own closet. Shared kitchen and bathroom (tub) single car park but room for 4. At times rearranging vehicles to leave may need to occur. Or the gas station across the street is available to park.

I will be renovating the bathroom in the next couple months (more storage and upgraded tub) before anyone moves in and the kitchen and laundry room downstairs throughout the next year may be upgraded.

I currently don’t have all furniture ready at this time as I’m in a transition stage with my partner moving out but will soon have photos of the furnished rooms ready by mid June.

I work full-time and I need a roommate to support the cost of living. I would like to start off with one roommate and see how that goes, if I did ever wish to obtain another roommate I would consult with my renter first and would never bring someone in without their approval.
I have one male cat, and I am currently separating from my spouse so some furniture featured in the photos will be removed (king bed and living room lamp). Looking for a quiet, clean roommate that will be clean and responsible. Non smoker, non partier, my house is close to deer park and its trails as well as a gas station across the street. Price could be negotiated, as I may wish to have more than one roommate depending on the right fit. This could be a year agreement or month to month.
