I have one 10 x 10 bedroom available for September 1st. I have a total of 4 rooms in the house, one female roommate will be in the adjacent room on the main living area, closet size is decent but provide good storage space. The room will be furnished with a bed, night stand and with lamp, each has their own closet. Shared kitchen and bathroom (tub), single car park but room for 4. At times rearranging vehicles to leave may need to occur. Or parking at the gas station across the street.

I will not be open to random people within the home as the room is for rent however certain living areas are free to use such as upstairs living and dining area.

I will be renovating the bathroom in the next couple months (more storage and upgraded tub) before anyone moves in and the kitchen and laundry room downstairs throughout the next year may be upgraded.

I work full-time and I need a roommate to support the cost of living. I would like to find the right fit for me and the female my roommate I’ll be having for in September. I have one male cat and will not be open to any other pets at this time. Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible roommate, I take pride in my house if you moved in and cleanliness and property damages become an issue I will ask you to leave. I am a non smoker, non partier, my house is close to deer park and its trails as well as a gas station across the street. Price could be negotiated, This could be a year agreement or month to month. This would likely be only until next summer so not permanent housing for several years.
