Hello! I’m looking for two female roommates to join a 12 month lease in an all women house starting in September. The first room is $1450/mo and the second room is $1325/mo. There are three bedrooms that share one bathroom downstairs, and one bedroom with its own bathroom upstairs. All utilities are included aside from WiFi, which is about it $15/mo between the four roommates. The deposit is first and last month’s rent and pets are allowed. We have a lovely balcony and backyard, and the first bedroom has its own balcony as well. The landlord only allows students to rent, so I’m looking for two female students to rent out the two available rooms. We have a in-unit washer and dryer and free parking in the back as well. This is also a queer friendly household!

I, along with my friend who is a fourth year engineering student at u of t, will be living here next year. I am also going into my fourth year at u of t but am majoring in public health and bioethics. We’re super friendly, don’t party a lot, and are pretty tidy!
