A small upstairs room in a nice little townhouse! 20 minute bus ride from Carleton (and 30 minute walk), 40 minute bus ride from Algonquin, 10 minute walk to the canal, 3 minute walk to a grocery store and plaza. Storage is quite limited. Room is about 10x8, with the closet integrated into the wall.

Recent grads + 2 cats! The cats are very friendly and everyone is pretty chill and quiet. Preference will be given to those in their 20s.

One of us works nights, so it has to stay fairly quiet during the day. The house is pretty small, so it’s not suited for hosting parties. Standard things like no smoking/vaping indoors also apply.
