One of my roommates is moving out in June, so I’m looking for someone to move in July 1st for one of the rooms in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Water and heat are included in the rent we pay, but wifi and hydro aren’t (together they’ve been averaging 50$ per month per person). Rent is 575$, but will go up in August by 2.1% when the annual rent increase kicks in to 587$. There is laundry in the building (3.25$ to wash ; 3.00$ to dry). Garbage, recycling, and compost are in the back. A parking spot is a separate fee. There is no closet in the room, so she’s been using one of the hall closets to store some of her things. She’s also looking to sell some of her furniature (inquire if interested). First and last month’s rent required.

We’re a queer household, so we’re looking for other queer people, ideally others who are trans/non-binary. My other roommate has two cats. No drugs, alcohol, or smoking. I’m a musician, so you’d have to be comfortable with some noise when I practice.
