Large house with central air, street parking in the Collingwood area. Huge backyard yard with fireplace and bbq. In house laundry. 2 min walk to the bus stop. I do have dogs so no other pets are welcomed. No smoking inside the house. Large back yard includes a vegetable garden, apple tree, cherry tree, plum tree and large berry patch. With lots of room to relax. If you need a bed, I do have a queensize bed available. But rent will be increases to $650

I am 50 years old, enjoy quite nights (mostly) once a month on average I like to have a fire with the tunes on. I have a daughter that lives here very part time as she works away for several months at a time generally. She is 26. You have to love dogs.
