Air conditioned, modern appliances, in-suite laundry, exercise facilities in the building. Unit has 1288 sq.ft. so there’s plenty of kitchen and living space.
Room has a walk-in closet and ensuite. Windows provides plenty of natural light. Unfurnished, with plenty of space for one or two roommates. Room is $1750 for one roommate or $2400 for two roommates.
Cost for internet and electricity to be shared by all roommates. Available August 1 (possibly earlier) for a minimum 12 month term.
