Shared bathroom with walk in shower for 3 evenings per week- otherwise, it’s all yours. Shared kitchen and laundry on main floor.Includes internet, hydro, heat. Great for professional or student. Owner lives on main floor with cat.YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE as it’s not on a bus route. Strictly no pets. Two recent references required. $250 damage deposit. Available July 1, 2026.
