Here’s the deets - my lease is up February 1st 2021. I am moving out of province at this time. Under my lease, I can offer from November 27th to February 1st. However, if you want to stay in the 2 bedroom when I leave, you can sign a lease with Boardwalk. If you haven’t rented with boardwalk before, they have crazy incentives and discounts, I definitely recommend them as a rental company. So this is a short term rental under my lease however you have the ability to take it over under your own lease and can have the two bedrooms to yourself or find a roomie and pay a lot less. There is also a referral bonus - with boardwalk if you do sign a lease I would get $300 or so for referring you - if you go end up going this route I’m happy to split it with ya :)

Spacious, bright room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Great storage available in closet, laminate floors. The bathroom is admittedly small, however I’ve installed a storage rack to help with that. Apartment comes with a great balcony too - It is filled with flowers and lights although I can’t say that’ll be the case in the winter haha. Property offers a gym, party room available for rent, green space, bbq area and computer/office area as well as on site laundry with card technology. Building is big on security, which is a great comfort. The area is amazing, honestly it’s walking distance to everything, milk tiger bar, I love you coffee shop is downstairs, health foods grocery across the street. Bus routes are within a few steps.

I am a fairly neat late 20’s chick with a cool cat, Stella. I am a part time student (RMT hence the massage table) and server. I like things clean but I’m not OCD about it. I do enjoy wine, however I’m not a party person. If I do plan to have a few drinks I’ll likely do that out rather than at home. I am cannabis friendly, but am not friendly to other drugs, and expect my roommate to be the same. I like to collect vinyl and listen to music, so bonus if you’re a musician or an enthusiast. I believe home should be a bit of a sanctuary from the outside world and work etc, so I definitely strive to keep that kind of energy. As far as hobbies, I’d say reading and yoga would be my top 2, when I’m not studying. My cat is really cool, she is a 5 year old tuxedo. Affectionate but not annoying, very well behaved and chill. I clean her litter box literally every other day and use expensive litter so it doesn’t have a smell, in case that’s a concern. She also doesn’t shed much compared to most cats, and has never had an issue with accidents. I have a dope spin bike as well you’re welcome to use if you don’t feel like going to the gym in the building.
